FIFTH AURA is committed to safe, accurate, and timely delivery.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time United States: 5–9 business days after processing. Estimates may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on location and order size.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

1. Check your tracking number.
2. Contact your carrier directly.
3. If unresolved, email us at support@fifthaura.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Packages Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it swiftly.
